Order processing
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During unusually busy periods, processing may take longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping destinations
TEACIA currently ships within Canada. We do not currently offer international shipping. Available destinations may change as we expand our delivery service.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, service interruptions or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after the label is created.
Delivery addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you need to change your address, contact us at info@teacia.com as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the address if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, we may be unable to change or redirect it.
Missing, delayed or damaged shipments
If your order is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, please contact info@teacia.com with your order number and relevant details. For damaged shipments, please include photographs of the product and its packaging where possible.
We will review the available tracking information and assist with an appropriate carrier inquiry. Any replacement or refund will be determined after the circumstances have been reviewed and in accordance with applicable law.
